I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were impressively modern, clean, and comfortable with a lovely view of Barra, offering a cozy flat-screen TV, a safe for valuables, and a spacious, ultra-clean bathroom. However, the service didn't fully meet expectations, especially considering a known problem in another room that left me a bit disappointed.
